Specialising in the production of Sauvignon Blanc within the prestigious appellations of Sancerre / Pouilly-Fumé and Touraine, our domaine offers a true sensory experience with a range of de-alcoholised wines, capturing the incomparable freshness and aromaticity of our Loire varietals.
VINEYARD
Produced in the Loire Valley, this Pinot Noir has been selected for its exceptional aromatic potential and its balance between tannins and acidity, enabling us to produce a base wine that is ideal for the delicate technique of de-alcoholisation.
TASTING NOTES
The aroma is delicate but engaging, with characteristic notes of Pinot Noir of Loire Valley, ranging from red fruits, redcurrant, strawberry and cherries to fresher notes of alpine genepi, mint and tomato leaf. 
The olfactory sensation is enhanced by the sweeter notes of caramel and vanilla. 
We find the same aromatic notes on the palate, the wine has a medium structure, an acidity that gives freshness balanced by an alive but not aggressive tannin.
